Terms of Service
IN REQUESTING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS OF SERVICE STATED IN THE FOLLOWING TEXT.You acknowledge my capacity to cancel a commission at any time after payment and will not refund any profits after payment has been received and the commission has been finished and sent. Refunds may be issued before the commission has been finished by me to the commissioner.Proceeding payment, I reserve the rights to use the commission however I choose within my own Terms of Service.

Any information given to me (names, emails, etc.) will all be kept private and between me and the commissioner. This includes both our payment option information (Usernames particularly)
Payment Terms
Full payment before a commission has started.
If I am not able to finish a commission for any reason on my end, you will get a full refund.
Rules
By requesting a commission, you agree to these basic use terms.
CAN use my artwork in character references with credit.
CAN use as profile pictures, wallpapers, and other displays with credit.
CANNOT remove my watermark.
CANNOT use my art for NFT/AI purposes.
CANNOT use my artwork on 18+ websites, this includes for character references.
I WILL DRAW anthros, feral (dragons, animals, ect), monsters and other characters.
I WILL DRAW mild gore (bleeding wounds, candy gore, cartoon organs)
I WILL NOT DRAW 18+ Content (includes fetish, genitalia, and other NSFW material)
I WILL NOT DRAW extreme gore (exposed guts/realistic organs
Commission EXAMPLES
Adding a character will double, triple, or quadruple the original price depending on how many characters are present or that I am drawing.
Please DM me prepared to provide all the information I will need, including how much of the character(s) you want me to draw (headshot, halfbody, fullbody) and a style you’re looking for which you can see in my Art Examples. If you aren’t sure, don’t be afraid to let me know and ask for something in your budget!

CONCEPTS
Concepts will range from $30-$100 depending on complexity. Requests will be considered as quotes, I will estimate prices based on this range and pattern complexity, number of limbs/individual parts, etc.
Required items include plenty of references/inspiration: anatomy, aesthetic, natural habitats, behavior. Note that this can be a very long process that could take more than a month to complete. Communication must be frequent and if you don’t respond to updates within a week(unless notified) it will be cancelled and you will be refunded. This is entirely experimental, so be aware I will take artistic liberties and will try to make things I’m not the strongest in!NO concept designs are for reselling.
If a concept design is commissioned for a game (for commercial use), prices may be much higher. Always disclose how you intend to use the design
